This song belongs to all. And was very unexpectedly channelled through me on 6 November 2015 (a first for me!)

Living from the heart, as I sit here drawn to type up this latest post I see that it is two years to the day since this channelling. A lot has happened since that time. And I know there is so much more to come for us all. So I feel to share once more. Because this song is for you!

Firstly as we sit in our heart space, we mantra the words over and over in our own tones. Secondly, we simply breathe… Thirdly as we listen, we begin to hear in the silence. And then we begin to feel. Above all, we know that our soul inherently knows how to heal from within.

Lastly, be open and receptive to receiving in our highest and best that which we need to receive in this now moment. So much great healing comes through the Universe when we connect with our source energy. And the tones we mantra spark our wisdom within into creative flow. Above all, our gifts are then brought to the world for all to share.

So I leave you now with much love and the gift I was sent for you all…
