Terms and Conditions
These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of services or products to you. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any services or products from the site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any services or products from the site.
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order products, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
All services purchased are payable at the time of booking. 48 hours cancellation notice is required to receive a refund in full. Cancellation within 48 hours of appointment will result in a 50% refund only.
DISCLAIMER; all services work alongside of, and not to be considered as a substitute for conventional medicine. It is strongly recommended that you contact your physician or healthcare specialist if you have any concerns about your health. Clients accept full responsibility for their own well-being.
All products purchased are payable at the time of ordering.
Items purchased for delivery will be dispatched within 5 working days, subject to stock availability and seasonal holidays. Delivery is charged relative to the individual product/s purchased and costs shown at checkout. Postal delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Signed For’ so that you can track your parcel. A signature is required upon delivery.
Royal Mail request a waiting time of 15 days for items that do not arrive as expected alongside the slightly longer delivery times at present. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods in good time, but cannot guarantee the reliability of any courier used.
Customs and Taxes
There may on occasion be customs duties and taxes applied on International orders which are out of our control. The cost of these fees will vary depending on the item, the value and the recipient country. If charges occur these will need to be paid by the recipient when the order arrives in the destination country.
Customs will contact the recipient to collect payment before the parcel can be delivered. It’s important that the recipient is aware that they may be required to pay customs fees and that you provide accurate contact information for them during the booking process.
Refunds and Returns
Products can be returned for a full value refund (exc. delivery charges) within 7 days if found to be faulty or damaged only. Notification of return must be received by PosiTone® within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can try to put things right. Return postage is to be covered by the purchaser initially and a receipt obtained. Once goods are received and damage/fault assessed, postage will be refunded in full. If goods are found not to be faulty or damaged, no refund of postage will be given, but a refund of the value of goods will be refunded in full.
