Personal Tribute to Louise L. Hay

 

Honouring the life of Louise L Hay, October 8, 1926 – August 30, 2017

 

A dear friend of mine recommended a book to me around the time of my ‘teno’ diagnosis back in 1995 – ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ by Louise L Hay. A couple of years later I eventually went out and bought this amazing book.

To me, Louise is the Master of All in the self-help field. Her story and continued success an inspiration to us all.

For many years, her book was my companion. Always near my side yet it was taking me an awful long time to break out of my spaghetti tangle.

Slowly yet surely as I started to ‘see’ Louise became my inspiration for the writing of my own first self-published book, “From Hand To Mouth”.

I Can Do It! – I Did!

Sending Louise a copy of my book after I published it, I was SO thrilled to receive a reply from her. I will always treasure her letter. Today I pay tribute to Louise for all the love that she brought into my world.

Positivity

I constantly hear Louise’s positive words in my mind. Her wisdom and selflessness in sharing with us all the wonders of the power of the mind. How we truly can heal our lives. My inherent soul and spirit already knew yet somehow had forgotten how.

Louise’s perseverance in giving love from the heart for all to share helped me to remember who I am. Though I never met Louise her kindness and teachings remain with me always.

Gratitude

I am eternally grateful to Louise for her inspirational quotes and affirmations, books, CD’s… The whole host of ‘tools’ that she created for us to use in a fun and loving way for our own self-care.

 

Adventure

Now I have no sadness as Louise transitions on to her next adventure for I know it is ever greater in wonder and awe. She is always “in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing”.

Holding in my heart only love, and admiration for Louise’s uniqueness. For the beauty of knowing that her soul and spirit lives on eternally. And in all that she created for us all.
