‘Grounding’ Technique

Feeling the time is now to share my simple grounding technique, one I have used for many years, as more and more I am meeting with so many ungrounded souls who are searching for peace yet are stuck and weary, off balance and ‘out of sorts’ in their life.

It is very, very essential to remain centred in our bodies, remembering to ground daily, twice or more, helps us to keep our own energy levels healthy 💛
